You guys who are Cutting Off the Heads are Wasting the BEST part of a Trout........<br /><br />I My Book,..... Trout are Cleaned by slitting them from the Anal Orifice thru the Lower Jaw,....<br />Then All the Entrails,+ Gills are Pulled Free,+ the carcass is Washed......<br /><br />They're now ready to Cook,... Whichever way you care........<br /><br />When Done,..... The Skin Easily peels off,+ the Meat pretty much Falls from the bones...........<br /><br />Oh Ya,.........<br />And, the BEST piece there IS,.. That you'll be Missing if you cut the Heads Off is the,......<br /><br />Trout Cheeks..............<br /><br />With your 12" to 15" fish,........<br />There'll be a Nickle to Quarter Sized Trout Cheek on each side of the Head............<br /><br />Those 2 pieces are Pure Heaven............
