Wow 32 people came by this thread and not one person has raided there candy stash.

I think some one is hiding in the closet.

Our candy supply got left on the clothes dryer and the heat melted it a bit. Probably not right to hand it out, So, we'll just have to eat it ourselves.. So, this will be the 2nd run to the store.

Diabetics don't have candy in the house (chocolate doesn't count) so there is nothing to raid.

We don't have many kids in the neighborhood, so we haven't gone once yet.
We usually go to the church sponsored events in our town, with our own kids.

I'll admit we usually have to make a second run. I don't know that we have any yet this year. I'll make up for it afterward.

We live out so not many trick or treaters, but we buy lots of good candy just in case. Guilty

We have had 3 kids in 12 years come by (all same year, and next door neighbours to)

But that does not matter, were on 50 piece box #2 and can hardly wait for the day after halloween when those little candy bars go on at 50% off, MMMMMMMMMMMM

In 15 years, have not had one kid drop by looking for candy, so have not made a run yet, but I a sure we will as the wife has a massive sweet tooth!

Re: Raise you hands you know your guilty

We just went to BJ's yesterday and picked it up. (1st run). We only get about a dozen kids here so we get the full size bars.

The true question is, do you get what you like to eat or not?

I made the decision on brands this year and got what I like. :D

Re: Raise you hands you know your guilty

Since we have kids we have candy. I have been able to control myself so far but it hasn't been easy.

AND YES I get the blame when the kids get in it and I let my wife yell at me for it, while the kids listen and giggle because Daddy's getting in trouble . AGAIN:D....My youngest (6) interjected while my wife was carrying on about the candy and said, "If you keep making these bad decisions you gonna get a spankin" as he wiped the chocolate off his face while still holding a Hershey bar.

Re: Raise you hands you know your guilty

We usually buy a bag of the mini bars just in case someone drops by. I'm not big on sweets so I only get the candy urge about twice a year. Grab 3 or 4 of the mini bars and I'm good for another 6 to 9 months. Same goes for cake, pie, and donuts. I've probably only had a couple of donuts and a couple of pieces of cake in the past year.

Now on the other hand, anything salty like potato chips, pretzels, and salted pumpkin seeds don't last long at all.

Man you just hit my worst addiction (I have others he he) but I will always buy what I like to eat, so anything left over will not be wasted. I haven?t had a trick or treated in 20 years!! Usually I eat one large Hershey (Symphony) bar everyday. Thank god I have a high metabolism and don?t drink booze, I would be very heavy.
