You should be good. General rule of thumb 10 psi/1000 rpm= engine live long time. If the engine is well seasoned go to a higher viscosity oil life a 15w40 or 25w40 to keep the pressure up. Good luck

You should be fine, there are videos of guys running engines on stands without oil for over 5 minutes before the engine finally gives out.

no load on a stand... all the engine parts are pretty much just coasting.
