Got invited to Lambeau for a bachelor party when the Packers play the vikings, I have to turn it down I can't sit out in the cold and them walk back to my vehicle afterward, it is agony and I walk like I am drunk.

Holy crap went into the ortho for a pilot study on my back, they did 8 injections each side of my spine. I had to lay in bed for 10 minutes after then got up went to get dressed and I could put my pants on standing up, didn't need to sit it has a long time since I could do that. First time in 40 years I have not had a "tooth ache" in my back.

Than they send me home to go do stuff that I have not done in a while. Split wood, shovel dirt, lift and carry heavy stuff, get after it then I have a pain journal every hour. It is amazing to have zero pain forgot what it was like.

I hope that happens to me some day. 5 back surgeries in so far. Just had an updated CT with dye can’t have MRIs anymore. Now I have a new laundry list of problems. It never ends.

I think I found the disconnect. I went in this morning pre procedure intake questions ask me what my pain level is, I said 3 she said you have to be at a 4 to be treated, I said let me show a picture that will explain to you my pain scale. This is level 7 pain with no pain killers for me, so when I say I am at 3 I am halfway between that and a toothache. I have only had level 9 pain twice in my life, level 10 is when you **** your pants.

Also funny when the nurse look at my back and noticed all the scars and asked if it was a rash, I have scars all over my upper back where it is kind of embarrassing to be shirtless, I said no that was pain level 9 when a dozer pushed over a burning tree onto me it hit me in the back took some hot stabs to the back, that was a 9 until I was freed.
