Raw Gas Bubbling Out of Lower Exaust

I have an 85hp force engine on a bayliner bass boat and i just ran it in the water and at idle raw gas seemed to bubble straight out of the lower exaust port. When it ran it little droplets of raw gas bubbled up to the surface. I know it's coming from the exaust port because when I trimmed the motor up the water poured from the port left a streak of gas in the water. Once I turn off the engine the bubbling stops. I don't know what the problem might be, but this might have something to do with it. It seems as though the floats are stuck in the carbourators so raw gas pours into the air intake and the overflow might carry it to the exaust.
thanks

Do the easy stuff first. Decarb the motor and clean the recirculation screens. Fuel condenses on the hot cylinders and creates vapor that becomes unburned fuel. This unburned fuel is recircuilated and reburned. If the screens or check valves are plugged this gas will just drain out the motor leg. If carbon is built up you do not get as hot and clean of a burn and again you will have unburned gas dripping out the motor leg. It can also be a week ignition system but decarb and cleaning is a lot cheaper and usually the problem.

Eruolava,
Just wondering where the Recirculation Screens would be on an 88 Force 125hp, never heard of these or seen them.

I was having this same problem on my engine, but my timing was set to 30 instead of 28. Have not yet had a chance to take it to the water though to find out if that fixed it or not. I also ran 2 cans of deep creep through it to clean it very very well, I hope. Its only been about 3 months since I decarbed it last.

Sorry to hijack the thread, was just wondering where it would be located as I have never seen it in my manual. I may not have one, so that is why I am asking in here.

Thanks,
Bryan
