Is it normal to have raw gas odor at high idle cruising found no leaks odor went away at cruising speed ?

Not normal, and could be dangerous if there is gasoline vapor in your engine compartment.
Are you running the bilge blower at high idle?
When you can smell it, stop the boat, open the engine cover and sniff; is it stronger there?
If not, it may be coming from the exhaust. Could just be a rich mixture.

Some boats have the fuel tank vents on the transom and you can smell gas when going slow if you are going down wind. I wouldn't pass it off as this until I checked the bilge for leaks stated above.
