Well, Mr Latex. You caught me. The reason I offered the Bond was a way of doubling the appearance of the prize. Not only would the winner have 25 dollars but he would be a stockholder in the future of this country. Profit takers not withstanding. As administrator of the contest I could modify the prize if petitioned by a winner.

The video is about a parody of lodges and conventions. I need a littel time to get the original context but basically you must identify the joke that relates to my comment to snapper about 'I know Coy but who is that guy next to him?' My money is really getting scared but the oveture has been made and I live by my word. That in itself should be a good hint. Later.
