Re: Raystown

Must have been the new trolling motor that brought the luck of huge bass! Congrats.

Would have loved to have been out on Saturday also ... lots of hard work in the hot sun ... EMS call to anothe neighbor's house, an old customer and hunting buddy ... lost our 7th person in 8 days! Not a fun week!

Re: Raystown

Another drowning at Raystown yesterday morning ... 51 year old man fell out of his boat while fishing. Another sad day on the lake.

Re: Raystown

Latest is that is was not a "drowning" ... the man apparently had a heart attack and fell out of the boat. His brother jumped in the water trying to save him, but could not find him. That is the 3rd death on the lake this year, so yes, it is a rough year.

Re: Raystown

Leaves are changing color now ... more so in the northern end of the lake than the southern end. Peak will be this weekend in the northern end and sometime next week to next weekend in the southern end ... just in case any of you wanted to know.

Re: Raystown

Beautiful pics !!!

Was REALLY wanting to get out for a leaf ride this week or last. Then I went and gooned up my wrist & spent 4 1/2 days in the hospital. Now that I'm out, it looks like there's rain forecast all week...................and that's IF the high winds we had didn't bring most ofthe leaves down. Ain't looking good. :(

Re: Raystown

You have tomorrow ... and go south. After that, no promises! Was just up to the southern end yesterday and it was still looking good.
