Bought a 1960 rds-22 on an auction , and am looking for the 7 pin connector / plug end that plugs into the side of the outboard from the control box.
Does anyone know where i can find one ?
Thanks

Best to do a complete evaluation before spending any beer tokens on this motor.

Any Cable from that Connector does not go to the Control Box, but rather to a Junction Box.
Here is Drawing of all that's involved

Those junction boxes were common on those old motors. You might try a salvage yard and see if you can get one.

You could easily make one up. They contained the starter solenoid, a rudimentary fuse box, a voltage regulator for the generator(if you have one), and wiring for the keyswitch, ammeter and hot light.
