Now I have one. My Kimi's Brother In Law is diagnosed with 4 types of cancer. Doesn't look like there is anything that can be done for him. He has a wife and three children. Kimi is doing very well, she is the srong one.

I have a lifetime of dealing with this situation. Prayers requested for strength to help his him and his loved ones get through this.

I know I have your ear if ever in need, Art. They are a spiritual family, but a few weak ones are having a terrible time with it.

I've delt with this situation through numerous family members, myself, friends, and some I never met before. I have been an inspiration in the past to victoms.... only because I survived and was given the oportunity to share with others and understand what they are going through.

I am pretty much an outcast from her family. I'm living "in sin" with the one I love most. Ive been a boat captain with no serious relationships in over 15yrs. I don't own a tie and I walk to work. The list goes on as to why I don't fit in. Maybe now is my chance to mend some hearts that are broken.

I'm not concerned what they think about me....it's really none of my business.

What a hard time this can be. Strength sometimes comes from a faith you can feel, but more often comes from one you believe in - even when you don't feel it. All prayers and best wishes sasto.

My wife told me about nlain sending her a message on FB, and now I've found it here... Our prayers have been... and shall continue. If you and or Kimi need to talk, you know we're always here for you. My wife is almost always at home. You've got the number. Looks like he is headed for chemo. I don't wish this on anybody, but if it may prolong a life I am all for it.

Let us hope and pray that he can maintain his strength during the Chemo, I have watched a friend and coworker here go from healthy to just about could not go and now I saw him a few days ago and he looked almost like he did before treatment. We will keep the prayers going that he will make it through and beat this thing. Sasto, at least he has you in his corner, someone that has been there and done that, you will probably be a great inspiration during this time.

I don't know if that can happen, nlain. I am the outcast even though I have never met them. She left a bad marrage, but to a guy who has made a small fortune. Me on the other hand, I am quite the opposite from him..........but dang am I having a good time and really enjoy life! I may not have any money but I sure live like it.

I hope and pray they give me a chance to have a little pep talk with him.

Years ago, after a 3 week stay in the hospital I was blown away by the notes, prayers and gifts of PEOPLE I HAD NEVER EVEN MET. It was one of the most humbling experiences to find out that there were literally friends of friends of friends praying on my behalf. And as I'm sure will be the case here - all of that was instrumental in bringing me through even when I didn't know about it.

Sasto, Sorry I am so late in on this thread but as you know we have a situation going on ourselves currently. Therefore I am very limited on the time I spend out on the forum here.
My families thoughts and prayers have gone out and will continue for you all.
