Readings EFI codes ?

Do you know if there a way to read codes on Mercury EFI wihtout expensive Equipment ?

Not for a specific model, For medium Merc EFI 25 to 75 HP 2007 to present .

​For automotive, youy can buy nexpensive BDU code reader in many Tools store , It's there a way to adapt them to outboard, or any other way to red codes ?

No way to adapt the OBD auto scanner to the Merc outboard. The older EFI models there was a chance of making up an led then read the flashes. This method is no longer available with the newer models such as yours. Here is a thread discussing it back in 2013
