realgun-thrust washer on hustler prop

realgun, i have found where you used hustler prop on your force. you also stated that the thrust washer was not oem, do you have any info as to where i can find one. was it a thrust washer for different manufacture or sourced locally. very interested in modular prop, just need to know about washer before i order.

Basically it a bit thicker washer. Thats so it pushes the Hustler housing out a bit so it does not rub you lower unit.<br /><br />I got mine from Phils's prop shop you could call and ask him. I think it was 20 dollars at the time.<br /><br />BTW what Pitch you running and how fast can you go?

17p michigan wheel no tach and speedo is original and looks to be from "knight rider" and does not move. haven't been in water much but engine sound like it is lugging @ wot.<br /><br />just replaced impeller to solve overheat. <br />i have built into fishing boat with casting decks in rear and front which i'm sure has added weight. motor runs great just low on top end and i've added probably enough weight to account for 2 of the 5 allowed people. <br /><br />i've been through your shareaproject and my project seemed to be in similar shape down to abraded vee in hull needing keelguard/shield. <br /><br />has only seen water twice since i bought 3 or so years ago and my helper just turned 1 and not much help.<br /><br />i'll get in touch with phil's. have seen a few other posts recommending him/it. <br /><br />thanks,<br />aaron
