14' skiff with an 89 20 hp johnson.with a Dolfin. Skeg is bent maybe a half inch off center and missing maybe the last inch or so do to the limerock bottom of the santa fe river 
Steering is VERY jerkywhile on plane, first to port, then to starboard. Feels like the Dolfin is picking up grass but it's not. sounds funny, but it is worse going upstream, and less going down. Any Ideas?<br />Thanks!<br />Brad
