Thanks alot guys, I'm going to replace the whole transom. I will leave the outer skin "fiberglass" alone. I hope to have that done by the end of the weekend. Have a good one yourself.

Nice looking boat there, PO. Nice work on getting the cap off. I'll be keeping my eye on this one. I love these tri hulls. Good luck.

Thanks alot TC ,my wife and I are having fun so far rebuilding it. It's alot of work, but it is going to be worth it. Lots of fun to be had boating, can't wait.
