Well id tell ya to see if putting the penitrating oil in frees the motor up and then so check the compression if good compression then check the risers gaskets but look at the worst case new head gaskets 60 bucks for marine ones you dont wanna use reg ones and then 15 buck for intake gasket and now 75 bucks for new starter verses 2-4 grand for new motor that you will still have to work on

I need a new engine,something is deff seized up in the one that's currently in it....

Ayuh,... While you're Probably Right,... I'd pull the Drive before I condem the motor....

I would also recommend Rapido.........have about 140hrs on my SBC, no problems.

..thing about a rebuild..you can do a few things to boost its power....better valve job/porting..bump the compression a tick..better cam/springs..better carb..50hp increase pretty easy...just stay conservitive....more power/prop ?;)

what if i boosted it haha i dunno how the turbo setup would respond but itd be friggn sweeT pppssssssshhhhh haha gt30r powered mach 1
