rebuild storage areas

I have some storage areas in side the boat. Originally it was glass over regular ply. It was all rotted, so out it went.<br />I would like to rebuild these compartments with ½” treated ply and just paint.<br />I was thinking about coating with rosin before painting, <br />Any thoughts,

Have you look into using king starboard? It's perfect for an application like that and you never have to worry about rot or painting. Just a thought
