O yeah I need a little advice. I had to do a couple repairs and am using epoxy resin. Can I still use PL to bed the stringers and transom or do I need to thinkin some epoxy and us that?

can you explain the lattice work on the driveway for the stringers? I'm not entirely sure what I'm trying to figure out with that.

I put the stringer in place without any Adhisive and screwed them together exactly how I wanted them in. Then with them still screw together me and one other person took the whole thing out in one piece and put it upside down in the driveway. I then put a 1/2 bead of PL on all the stringers. We fliped it back over and put back in the boat where it belongs and put the ladder on for weight. I went and checked it out today at lunch and is solid. Hope that helps

I save them to photobucket and they are saved as JPG. I cant see were they can be changed to IMG.

When you put your curser over the pic and the box pops up IMG is the bottom one in photobucket [ there is 4 choices ] left click it to high light it then right click it to copy and then just post it in your thread where you want !! just make sure you are saving them 640x480. that way they fit nice in the thread !! keep up the good work !! John

Thank you sir!! I have been saving that size thats what was so confusing.

I start filet the stringers tomorrow. With luck I will be cutting the floor this weekend. I say luck b/c a cold front just pushed thru here and the temp dropped to the low 60's. I know thats not freezing but it takes forever for the resin to set. I might have to order some fast hardner. I dont like watching stuff dry. Chris

Ah, I see. Well, then you should be pretty secure knowing the deck will be flat with that method!

it's 29F out right now. Unless I use heat lamps, I'm done fiberglassing for the season. I'm a little disappointed that I didn't get more done, but I did get quite a bit done on the construction side, which is a huge win for me. I think we'll be lucky to see another 60 degree day up here. ( might be why my Ma told me that they are retiring to Colorado instead of here ;))
