When rebuilding the carbs on these motors , in the last carb kit I got I also had two small aluminum plugs , that matches the plugs
On the carb is there things under those aluminum looking plugs that need to be taken out and cleaned and the new plugs installed???
Need help here thanks

Those are welch plugs and I would not bother replacing them. Very hard to get installed / sealed properly. You can still have a good rebuild without going there.

Depends on how fouled up the carb is, and how hard it is to clean those passages. I usually remove them by carefully drilling a small hole in the center then prying them out with a small screwdriver. They go in really easy by placing in the hole convex side up, then simply tapping on the center of the disc with a 1/4" drift to flatten it out. I've never had one leak. Usually a good soak in carb cleaner will get most deposits due to stale fuel. Dirt or aluminum corrosion is much more difficult to clean and could require drilling out the plugs.
