Rebuilding Fuel Pump on Black Max

I just ordered the fuel pump kit for the engine. However my question is this: Is thefuel pump diaphragm usually included in kit or is that usually purchased separately? My first time doing anything to engine aside from changing out T-stats and lower unit work. Thanks in advance.

I just rebuilt one yesterday and yes it had new diaphram aswell as gaskets and instructions
