First order of business...insulate your garage....fire up the stove then get at it. It will be great come summer and you get her floated! Good luck!

hey tashasdaddy, i haven't gotten that far yet. but i've got some cracking on the top of the transom where under the trim. i'm expecting the worse since i've seen the rest of the boat. hey indymike, nice site. i can use some of you information, thanks. nice build. i'm hoping to have mine done by the time the ice melts which will be around the middle of may here in newfoundland.

Re: rebuilding my boat

just a quick update. i got the top half removed and discovered, although it was suspect, a very rotted transom. two pieces of plywood not glassed together. very bad job done on this. i hope it wasn't factory work. lol. check my site for some update pics. thanks to my brother in law bob for all his hard work on this project.s146.photobucket.com/albums/r277/tallcanadiansboat/?sc=1&addtype=local

Usually there are Tattletale Hints as to whether Somebody has Been There before you........

If you're going to use P/T Plywood to go back together with,......
You'll want to get it Bought early,+ allowed to Really Dry before you use Resins on it.......

Good Luck,............
