Hello,
I just rebuild the above. It's a 2005. S/N 1B173557. It starts and runs, but not great. Seems to me missing or misfiring. Have not run in gear under a load. Anyhow, I'm blowing off the center bleed hose and don't know why? I swapped the valves around and made sure they are all installed correctly. They are. Swapping didn't change a thing. It's not a bad bleed valve.
Then I pulled the reed plates to double check the check valves in there. They are installed correctly meaning the single hole is facing the crankcase and the double holes are facing the carbs.
The engine did not do this prior to overhaul.
Any help? Anyone else run into this? Do I have something mixed up with the firing order?
Thanks
Scott
