Fisrt off let me say YOU CAN DO THIS!!!
The sentimental value of the boat will keep you motivated. The money you save will do the rest.
Check these two posts out. Two of the BEST you will find. And they were both novices when they started.
Take your time READ A LOT ASK A LOT OF QUESTIOJNS and Don't be afraid to make mistkes. They can ALL be fixed. Guys have cut holes in their hulls, started fires, etc and they have all been repaired. Just keep on keepin on.
