Recovering Quote

Just wondering if I got a good quote from someone. He looked at my 2 capt chairs and then 4 7x2 ft mattresses and quoted $550 to recover them.
2 of the mattresses have a wood backing and the other 2 are soft all around. To buy the chairs new would be around 2-3 hundred a piece so I know I am doing good there but the mattresses seem to be the easy stuff to do.

Anyone have an idea?

Yea, Its a good quote..depending on how its done. You using vinyl ? i try to use Sunbrella instead, its a better cover.lasts alot longer than vinyl,tougher and doesnt stain when 303 is applied liberally.

thanks, I believe it is marine grade vinyl he will use. He was very nice in the fact he came by my house to give the quote and he will be back next week to show some samples. We are not ready to give up our seats yet so we have some time.
In addition he gave me some great ideas of how to configure the tight space in my boat.
