Hey all

Should know this, but I am replacing my 3 wire rectifier on my 91' 70HP Rude and the new rectifier did not come with a specific Yellow/Gray wire. Just the Red, and 2 yellow wires. Does it matter which yellow lead I use from the new rectifier to the terminal board wires. Or is there a specific one that has to go to the Yellow/Gray one on the terminal board?

limited knowledge on marine engines but background in electronics. Red wire is important but yellow wires are interchangeable, if that was not the case they would have been colour coded anyway. Hope that helps.
regards
