Has anybody seen this type of connection, it joins the rectifier to the loom?

If so, can you please tell me the rectifier s/n that has a bullet red wire and three ring connecting yellow wires? I've searched high and low and I can't find a rectifier with such attributes.

The model number is 1994 E50RNLIC.

The rectifier that's on her at the moment is 511938. I did a search on BRP and it showed there was no such part.

Then I did a search on the net and one site said it was a new rectifier which had replaced 581778. But all these rectifiers show four wire ring connectors, my one has 3 ring connectors on the yellow wires and a bullet on the red wire.

Can anybody help me?

Not familiar with that type connector, but it could be a fusable link that you are holding in the picture. Otherwise it would just be a simple connection.
