I am slowly working away at my new project, and need to refiinish the teak. Have it all sanded down and just wondering what product I should use to finish / seal it?

Have a great day,

Rob.

So that means the Bayliner is fixed. Great, tried calling that guy a few times about the coupler and was unable to reach him, that is why I never called you back. As you can see, I got another project on the go.

My neighbour suggested just using teak oil, easy to do and will last. How does that sound. I do have some cetol, but the oil option sounds easier. Will polyurethant stick to it? Need to caulk a few areas where the wood attaches to the hull.

I have a post going, it is just a little fishing boat, 13.5 foot Whaler copy that I picked up for cheap. Just could not resist. No wooden stringers, just rotten wet stinky foam that I am removing. Is that Watco oil the same as teak oil? Have lots of that stuff laying around.

Have a great day,

Rob.
