Registration Problems

I bought a boat about 8 months ago, fixed it up and everything. But icve been getting screwed around from the guy that i bought it from. He keeps telling me he has stuff to do so i havent gotten a bill of sale from him. So there is no way i can get it registered. I dont have any idea on what to do. Any suggestions?

Tell it to a judge. Let him decide what and who to believe.

I would worry it is stolen, if so you are in possession of stolen property you have bigger problems than getting it registered.
Take the hull number to the BMV and tell them you are thinking of buying it but want to check it out first.
Sounds really fishy to me.
