I'm in the process of getting the boat ready to put in the water. I have read a lot of good things about this Rejex sealant for use on boats. I first washed the boat and went over it really good with Collinite's fiberglass boat cleaner using a Porter Cable polisher and foam pads.
I then applied a coat of the Rejex using the polisher and foam pads. The stuff comes off so easy it is hard to believe. I'm gonna give it another coat before I dock it for the season. I have tried a lot of different waxes over the years and I must say the old boat looks better than it ever has. The Rejex really has a good shine to it and they claim it holds up really well.

Re: Rejex Wax

All wax comes off easily if you have applied it correctly (and you did). When people run into problems is when they use cleaner-waxes in the sunshine. If you polish the surface first, and then use a real wax, as you did, you get good results...

edit: Just looked at it. You are aware that it's not a wax, right?

Yes, I'm aware that it is not a wax. It was originally developed for use by the military on their planes so they could remove the exhaust stains much easier. My boat is outside in the driveway and I did wax it out in the sun, though the instructions said not to do so. It still came off like a breeze. Very little residue.
