couple that with almost all the new long blocks I get for the 3.0,the 5.0 and 5.7 all have had Hechen En Mexico cast on the heads and port bellhousing pad I am not so sure the tonnawanda plant exists anymore.
brunswick does manufacture some of their blocks at the stillwater OK plant,or did a few years back.
and we dealers are running into issues on long block and repowers.
we now have to supply the original seriel number and pay a 500 dollar core.
the core will be refunded when we send a picture of the attached seriel number plate with a hole punched in the block beside the plate and then send in the plate.
its called proof of destruction.
