Remote control box 98 25hp

I have a 98 25hp johnson model #j25recb. I would like to install a control box to control shifting and throttle. Is this possible? What will I need to buy? Where to buy it? How much can i expect to spend? Can I install it myself? Also can I leave the tiller hooked up for emergencies? Thanks for the info.

Should not be a problem refractory.....<br /><br />Go to your local Johnny/Rude dealer and they can help with the kits you need.<br /><br />Remote control kit will cost around $210<br /><br />Remote control around $190<br /><br />Cables about $28 per cable depending on length.<br /><br />Instructions are included with the kits.

anyone have any suggestions on where to get the proper used parts i need?
