Remote control of kicker

I'm looking to set up my 6hp 88' Evinrude with remote Trottle / Shift. I remember hearing about kits for Merc, Honda, etc.<br /><br />Does anyone have any leads for an Evinrude / Johnson?

Dallenx...Remote control adaptor kits are still available from your local Johnny/Rude dealer. You can also get a single lever control box also. You'll have the better part of $270 in the setup from control to motor. If you do go this route, just be sure to take the model number with you to order parts.
