Im in the process of rewiring a pontoon boat. I have all the wiring done except for the wiring harness that comes out of the control box. Theres 5 wires that plug into the front of the control box. It looks as tho the purple wire powers the gauges when u turn the key on, and black is ground, I forgot the other color but i think its the tach signal. The other 2 wires were never hooked to anything. I was wondering if this sounds right. The purple wire that supply's power to the gauges when the key is on, should that be fused?
