Remote controls to tiller??

I recently wanted to re-power my boat.Its a 16' with a 25hp on it. I went to go sell it on CL and got 10 emails over night saying "is this a tiller handle". Simply its not, and i was wondering where i could find the linkages/handles to convert it. And if its worth it to do this...

expensive conversion, if you don't have the parts. much easier to covert tiller to remote, than remote to tiller. is it worth it. to you no.

Yea parts were over 750$ LOL so im deff not doing that. Ill just wait
