Remote Oil Fill Question

Does the oil cap need to be vented? I see that I can purchase a OMC remote oil fill kit but I would prefer a stainless fill and cap but I am assuming the OMC kit uses a vented cap? Anyone know for sure what I need? Thanks

The only remote oil fill kit that I know of is the one from OMC/BRP. And yes, the oil tank has to be vented. Some after market companys may mfg what you're looking for.
