great site!,,i have removed my choke plates and added a enrichner or fuel primer solonoid.i had evrything running perfect till i did so.lol..she has a hardtime idleingnow , kind of pops and shuts it self off.in enclosed pics you can see where i now inject the fuel to prime between the carbs and into the flange area under the carbs there's also a like one inch slot under the carbs flange gaskets that passage ways to both intake manifold intake area throats just before the reeds. the top 2 carbs have a slot and the bottom 2 carbs has a slot also. but the top slot has a hole [which is where my primer injector is shooting into along with the slot].that gos to all these weird slotted like 8 inch chambers between my intake manifold and crnakcase. and then to journal area..i am wondering what these channels are?..they seem to come from the first and last crank journals.and then behind the reeds and i think one vents to atmostphere?..when i hit ,my primer am i flooded out the first journal?would this some how effect my idle?come to think of it.. how does the top and bottom bearings get oil? if they are sealed off with labarinth seals..is that what the channels are for? thansk all..standing by.. dave z titusvile florida..now if i can figure how to add jpg.s
