plastic type screw on top of gas take turns then binds, only about 3 threads come out, i am afraid to strip it, or break it anyone have any suggestion?trying to check pickup line inside.help
You might post a picture of it. Metal Fittings on Poly tanks may be peramanently installed. Usually the fuel pickup will screw out of a metal fitting. Some fittings are pressed into metal fittings on the tank.

no its a plastic screw, but it does have a nut on the bottom, that i already loosened, that wont come off untill screw is out. i will try to figure out how to post a pic thanks for answering
