removing salt build up from lower unit

recently came across a spare lower unit for my 15 evinrude. this one apparently was run in salt water. is there something available out there to soak the unit in to remove this salt build up?

Lime-Away. From WalMart or your local food store. Its in the toliet cleaner section.

WD40 desolves it very nicely too. Amazing, actually.
