Removing the side panels of angler 220 wa

Hello
I got an angler 2006 220wa with an inboard mercruiser. I am currently trying to reach the fuel tank however if I remove the bolts on deck the panel is not moving. I have the same issue with the side panels in the cockpit port and starboard. Do you have any experience in moving these panels?

so that panel, after you remove the screws is not coming out? If so my complete guess is it is spray foamed in place and acting like a glue

I understand the same because it does not move. I tried also to move it at the fire after direction also up and down in case there was some kind of locking without success. In the photo you can see that not any silicone product exist. The reason I want to take it out is for inspecting the toilet pipe that is going aft. But until now no success and I am worried not to brake it.

did ya take the screws out? looks like they're still in. and yes, it was most likely installed with a sealant.

Yes I did all screws are out

yeah, and sealant. does the lip move at all when screws are out?

It did not move actually seems like stuck. I was thinking if there are any hidden screws that I cannot see

Work around the flange with a thin putty knife and see if you can loosen it
