my handle looks like yours. I had three phillips head screws in the handle, two in the underside and one on the face. When they are out, the handle comes apart. There is a flat electrical connector that you can open, then unplug the wires. Then look at the base of the handle, there is an allen set screw in the bottom of the handle that needs to be loosened about three turns so you can work the handle off, the wires will pull through the base of the handle. If you need to go that far, the ptt switch is exposed when you take the handle apart.
