Renaming a Link

I don't post links very often in effort to follow the rules. I usually post cut/paste links, or elude to the site name in an obvious manner. However one I'd like to post is really long and I'd like to put a simple name on it. I knew how to do it with the old format, but haven't figured it out on this format. I found a mile-long link I'd like to post. How do I rename it?

Boomer and I have both been in trouble before with links. The rule as I understand it is no direct links to commercial sites. Basically, if you can buy something there, then you can't link it, renamed or otherwise. It has to do with how traffic is reported to the likes of Google. They don't want to enhance someone else's ranking on searches. It is not necessarily about competitive sites, commercial . . .
