Replace carb/intake

I am bout to replace the carb/intake on a 88,23ft 5.7,260,A1-21 pitch SeaRay and have seen yall post the correct pt#s for the two items.Takin off the Qjet & spreadbore intake and wanna go Edlbrock. HELP! p.s. fresh Jasper engine.

The Smaller, 600/650cfm Edlebrock Performer Carb is the 1 you want for a 350,....
In the Marine Version of course.....

And,.... I Think,..
The Edlebrock has the Multi-fit carb base, which Should bolt onto the Manifold you have Now,......
Or,....
You can use an aftermarket manifold, as long as it's a Dual-Plane manifold......

I'll add, stay away from the hardcore manifolds that develop high RPM power, you need the low end torque.

Yea! I would rather just leave the original intake on .I figgered I wood need an adapter plate if knott.Gotta carb # ? Tanks MUCH?

Jeg's,....... Summit,........ Ebay.........

At Ebay,.......
You see the Merc./ Webers, which are the SAME Carb, going for $100.00 to $200.00 quite regularly,.....
You just have to pay attention as to whether they're the 600cfm, or the 750cfm,...
Most sellers have No Clue......

'course, those are Used Carbs......
