Replace Montgomery Wards SeaKing (Clinton) K750 Impeller

I have a 7.5 hp Sea King outboard. I have purchased the impeller, gaskets, and seals needed to replace the impeller. Does anyone have experience? I have the parts manual, but am looking for the maintenance manual.

My understanding when the head is pulled there are springs and washers that can easily be lost.
If anyone has experience, or tips, I would greatly appreciate it.

Couldn't find your exact model,but this is for older clintons and might help you(I hope).

Nah, that does not apply. And you don't have to pull the powerhead on the Clinton.

From the document I have (K751 parts list), you are saying removing the two lower bolts (one behind the clip) of the lower unit?
