Hi I replaced my throttle cable on my 2000 crownline 180 bow rider after replacing manifold now when I put in forward in locks counter clockwise and spins freely as it should, neutral spins both directions, when in reverse it locks clockwise but will not spin freely in counterclockwise direction as it should any help much appreciated. I measured distance on thumb screw assembly to 6" as directed.
