Hi folks,

I'm having a hard time finding replacement exhaust manifolds for a 1977 Searay SRV220 with an OMC Ford 351. The OMC part # 909215 is no longer available, and can not find any aftermarket replacements. I have had several shops tell me there were aftermaket's only to find the aftermakets were never produced. These are the log style with the riser's mounted on the end.

If I remember correctly, Bondo and Haute I think you might have the same setup.

I've got one dealer telling me I can switch to Indmar Center Riser manifold #FL994, but this does not have a water inlet in the front of the manifold, as mine does.

If this manifold will work, how would I reroute the hoses?

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance !

I think 913682 replaces the number you listed

Thanks Haut,

Thats right, you and I had the 888. This boat replaced the Larson. I checked the link you sent. These may work, but I'd have to figure out the riser connections to the Y pipe, as mine had the riser in the back as opposed to the center. Just might have to figure out something.... (muffler shop..Some 3" pipe..lol)

KjdKjd,

Thank you also. The part number you gave is no longer being produced as to what I have been told by several dealers.

Anybody know of dealers that may have a used set of originals?

This is in the volvo section of boat parts on eBay. Try cut and paste the url.
I just checked the link and that item has ended. However, try contacting him about Ford headers. The auction price here was $369, in another auction he had them for $399. Click on link, scroll to the bottom of the page.

Thanks All,

Looks like the ebay $369.00 kit is the way to go. I spoke with the seller Dennis earlier. He didn't guarantee thay would work, but I'm sure they will from the water ports I see in the picture. I may just cap the "Y" pipe and go with a through hull "bad boy sound"....

I'd ask for opinion's on that, but I'm sure this thread would get a lot longer...lol

Thanks again !
