Rebuilding my motor and haven?t found any new OEM seals. Are there alternatives? Seams to me like the ones I?ve seen in "lengths" would have to be cut into many pieces to thread out in the whole crankcase, is that the way to go?

Most Dealers will stock the spaghetti in bulk on rolls

Yeah I found them online but on in the service manual/parts list diagram it looks to be not just one string but one length with shorter one sprouting out to each crankcase web housing or so. Should you just cut and glue one together that looks the part or just fill in the grove and glue on top.

The seal is flexible and will conform to the curves of the channel. Some engines will require the use of a sealer in addition to the spaghetti. Service manual should specify what is needed
