i plan on replacing all my line from the tank to the carbs...i understand that all the way to the motor is pretty simple. but from the motor to the pump then the carb im not sure of.. i see the lines in the motor are like formed to fit in the motor. do i have to buy special lines for these ones that are pre-formed to fit? this is a 150hp evinrude intruder

Very few molded houses on outboards. Most of the hoses come from bulk reels and hose from auto parts stores are OK as long as right ID.

I prefer to use hose that is rated for fuel injection, it tends to be better quality and last longer.

i understand that you can use something off a bulk reel but 2 of these are likes "S" shaped for example and they are molded that way to make a perfect fit inside the engine/

If your 150 is a 60? block designe (trim switch on port motor pan) then it needs a few molded hoses. If yours is the older 90? design (switch on stb. side) then you can use bits and pieces of marine fuel hose except possibly where the "VRO" output is concerned if yours has the 90? bend in it.

Re: replacement fuel line help

I had an older motor that needed fuel lines that were NLA. I ended up just getting fittings to make the right bends and it worked great.
