Replacement Tohatsu lower unit

I have two '95 M115A outboards on a Glacier Bay. Gear cases on both are cracking and coming apart where the propeller shaft housing inserts into the gearcase housing. I'm looking for rebuilt replacement units or cases that I can rebuild. Any suggestions? Thx.

Lack of proper flushing can allow salt to build up there, expand, and crack the housing. New housings are still available, but pricey... over $650 each.

Roger on the salt build up; acquired the boat/engines that way. Thanks for the info on housing availability, beats buying a new engine.
