I continue to get water in my lower unit. So I think I have decided to buy the kit to replace all the seals. I am a little scared of attempting this project but am determined to do it. I have been searching this site but cannot find a good post with pictures and lots of details including what tools I need etc.. Does anybody know of an old post that has lots of detail on it?

Its not hard at all,If your abit mechanically inclined drop the lower, and ask questions as you go.I'd bet once you get into it you will see how easily the parts are exchanged,Your main seals that will be a bit tough are the gearhead seals,Do you have a seal puller? If not get one.
There are posts on the gearhead seal and the posts stated they were cut out using a tool like a dremmel rotary cutter.Does your seal kit have the gearhead seals?(prop shaft seals)

Heres a look at your lower http://www.crowleymarine.com/johnson-evinrude/parts/53080.cfm
