Ok as many know I am new to I/O boats but have alot of years with cars and trucks. Oh and along time ago rebuilt 3 outboards on my older boats.
My first question is this : when replacing the bellows and what ever other gaskets needed, do you use OEM or after market parts. I know on cars I really had some issues with after market sometimes.
Next: The gimbal bearing, I would imagine since it is already apart it would be wise to replace this as well as the impeller and possibly the lower shift cable?
Thanks for any replies.

Ayuh,... If the Bearing is still Smooth,... I wouldn't... It's done through the bellows...
The rest of it,... Darn Right....
