I ripped up the carpet but can't find the screws to take out the old weak flooring. Any suggestions? Is there somewhere I can get a diagram on how replace/install?

The flooring might not be the only thing that has weakened. You might want to check out the boat restoration section for Bayliner restores.

Welcome to iboats!

You can't find the screws because there aren't any. The sole (or "floor") is bonded to the hull and stringers with polyester resin and fiberglass. Those stringers are probably also bad if the sole is severely rotten.

If you want to restore your boat Post pics of what your working with and we can guide you. Feel free to read thru my resto project below.

You will see what a soft deck (sole ) can have below... I was one of the fortunate one's that didn't need a transom replacement.
